This Privacy Policy describes how HPF Jobs, internal software built and operated by Half Past Five Technologies ("Half Past Five," "we," "us," or "our"), handles data. HPF Jobs is used only by Half Past Five Technologies employees and authorized contractors to run our own field service business, and is not available to the public.
In the course of running our field service business, our staff enter and HPF Jobs stores:
HPF Jobs connects, via Intuit's official OAuth2 API, to Half Past Five Technologies' own QuickBooks Online company. It reads and writes only the customer and invoice data needed to bill completed work orders. Data flows only between HPF Jobs and our own QuickBooks Online company — it is not shared with any other person, company, or QuickBooks Online account.
HPF Jobs may also connect to a small number of other services under Half Past Five Technologies' own accounts, solely to support day-to-day operations: Microsoft 365 (shared calendar scheduling and staff sign-in), Atera (ticket lookup), and D&H Distributing (part pricing and availability lookup). None of these integrations share Half Past Five Technologies' data with the public or with unrelated third parties.
Data is stored in a private, access-controlled database operated by or for Half Past Five Technologies. Access to HPF Jobs requires an individual login issued by a Half Past Five Technologies administrator. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, other than the service providers described above, as needed to operate the software.
Data is retained for as long as needed for Half Past Five Technologies' business and recordkeeping purposes.
