HPF Jobs is proprietary software developed by Half Past Five Technologies ("Half Past Five," "we," "us," or "our") to manage our own field service operations — dispatch, work orders, inventory, time tracking, estimates, and billing. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of HPF Jobs.
HPF Jobs is built exclusively for use by Half Past Five Technologies employees and authorized contractors in the course of their work for Half Past Five Technologies. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to the public, to our customers, or to any organization outside Half Past Five Technologies.
Half Past Five Technologies grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use HPF Jobs solely for legitimate Half Past Five Technologies business purposes, using credentials issued by a Half Past Five Technologies administrator. This right ends automatically when a user's employment or engagement with Half Past Five Technologies ends, or when their access is revoked.
HPF Jobs connects, via Intuit's official API, to Half Past Five Technologies' own QuickBooks Online company account, in order to create invoices for hardware and labor billed on completed work orders. HPF Jobs does not connect to, or act on behalf of, any QuickBooks Online company other than Half Past Five Technologies' own.
HPF Jobs is provided "as is," for internal use, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of HPF Jobs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
